David Emmanuel Noel is a interdisciplinary artist, designer and curator with a wealth of experience collaborating with musicians and performing acts. As a painter and illustrator, he has taught art and worked closely with bodies such as New York’s Groundswell Community Mural Project, the UK Department of Health, the Royal Institute of British Architects, National Network for Art in Health, and the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children with an aim to promote the social and therapeutic benefits of art in public spaces.
He is a former Trustee of Open Ealing, a west London charity enabling public access to arts education and career support for artists, and a Director of the award-winning Occhi Arts & Entertainment, a New York and London based consultancy with a particular focus on supporting up and coming visual artist, musicians, actors, and performing acts.
